A great family festival on at the same time as the 3 Irish Open Golf Tournament. Killarney will buzz with family-friendly entertainment and activity. Outdoor adventure, street entertainment, art and crafts, music, magic and fun! 



3 Irish Open Golf Tournament

Killarney, Co Kerry

July 29th -August 1st

The lakes and mountains of Killarney will provide a stunning backdrop to the 3 Irish Open. The event takes place just weeks before the European Ryder Cup team is announced, so Golf's top names will be in Kerry to compete for the €3 Million prize fund.


The Beast of Ballyhoura Adventure Race

Cork, Limerick, Tipperary. July 30th- August 2nd

A non-stop 28 hour+ adventure race to challenge top adventure racers. Mixed teams of four members are pushed to their limits as they go biking, running, kayaking, abseiling, shooting and orienteering.

One day music festival in Skibbereen, Co. Cork featuring, Martha Wainwright, Bonnie Prince Billy, Mick Flannery, John Spillane, Interference, The Handsome Family and many more. Camping available.

Puck Fair

Killorglin, Co. Kerry August 10-12th

One of the oldest and most traditional fairs in Ireland, dating back to pre-Christian times. A wild mountain goat is crowned King for three days and nights of fun and entertainment for all the family.




Rose of Tralee

Tralee, Co Kerry. August 20-24th

This much loved and internationally known festival welcomes Roses from all over the world. Family fun, music, parades and fireworks all culminating in the crowning of the 51st Rose of Tralee.
