Delighted to see that the Iveragh Peninsula aka the Ring of Kerry is promoting both itself and the return of the much missed Cork - Swansea ferry. Having moved from Swansea 10 years ago to set up QC's seafood restaurant in Cahersiveen, I know just how vital the ferry is tourism for Cork and Kerry. The alternative for me to visit family and friends in Swansea meant either an overnight stay in Rosslaire or travelling through the night, no mean feat with four small children. Indeed the reason why I have only been to Swansea twice in the last few years is as a result of the sale of MV Superferry. Wishig all involved good luck for the forthcoming season and i look forward to my first crossing mid March. Regards Andrew.
