About our Ferry between The UK and Southern Ireland

Swansea to Cork Route

Fastnet Line operates the Swansea to Cork route car ferry to Southern Ireland from Swansea, South Wales in the UK. The ferry service operates year-round with four weekly services in each direction in the peak months of July and August and three weekly services in each direction from September to June.

The service is available to foot passengers, cars, caravans and freight traffic and since its launch in March 2010 has renewed a vital trade and tourism link between the UK and the South of Ireland. The service eliminates almost 400 miles (600km) of driving on a round-trip from Cork to London. The overnight crossings ensure that you arrive refreshed and ready to commence your onward journey when you arrive in Cork or Swansea.

The West Cork Tourism Co-Op

Fastnet Line is a wholly owned subsidiary of the West Cork Tourism Co-Op which was founded in 2009.
